User Provided Information
The Application obtains the information users provide when they download and register the Application. Registration with us is mandatory. Users should keep in mind that they will not be able to use the features offered by the Application unless they register with us.
When users register with us and use the Application, they generally provide (a) their name, email address, user name, password and other registration information; (b) transaction-related information, such as when they make purchases, or download or use applications from us; (c) information they provide us when they contact us for help; (d) credit card information for purchase and use of the Medicine Delivery Feature, and; (e) information they enter into our system when using the Application, such as contact information.
Automatically Collected Information
In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device users use, their mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of their mobile device, their mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers they use, and information about the way they use the Application.
All data requested by this Application is mandatory and failure to provide any of it may make it impossible for this Application to provide its services. In cases where this Application specifically states that some data is not mandatory, users are free to not provide that data without any consequences on the availability or the functioning of the service.
Mode and place of processing the Data
Methods of processing
The Data Controller processes the data of users in a proper manner and shall take appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or unauthorized destruction of the data.
The data processing is carried out using computers and/or IT enabled tools, following organizational procedures and modes strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases, the data may be accessible to certain types of persons in charge, involved with the operation of the site (administration, sales, marketing, legal, system administration) or external parties (such as third-party technical service providers, mail carriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communications agencies) appointed, if necessary, as Data Processors by the Company.
The company will retain user Provided data for as long as users use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. It will retain Automatically Collected information for up to 24 Months and thereafter may store it in aggregate. If users would like to delete their self-provided data (provided via the Application), they should email at email@example.com and the company will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Application to function properly.
The Use of the Collected Data
The data concerning the user is collected to allow the Company to provide its services, as well as for the following purposes: Analytics, Location-based interactions and Registration and authentication.

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help us improve the Application and our service. We will share your information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.
We may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

Users can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. They may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of their mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Application. Users have the right, at any time, to know whether their Personal Data has been stored and can consult the Data Controller to learn about their contents and origin, to verify their accuracy or to ask for them to be supplemented, cancelled, updated or corrected, or for their transformation into anonymous format or to block any data held in violation of the law, as well as to oppose their treatment for any and all legitimate reasons.
